Susan Morse received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Utica College of Syracuse University in Utica, NY, and then continued her education by earning a Master of Science as a family nurse practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, IL. Susan has experience in both the inpatient and outpatient setting with more than 20 years of experience in the nursing discipline. Susan has also worked in the primary care and urgent care setting providing care to all ages. Susan treats children ages 12 years of age and older, teens, adults and seniors with comprehensive care plans, from wellness checks, physicals and immunizations to chronic condition management or quick walk-in care.
