Head office manager/receptionist is rude. After they called the day before to tell us our copay and tell us everything was set they informed us when we arrived that we needed doctor referral and that they hadn't received it yet. After my husband stated that they didn't tell us that she said I don't that what your arguing about I told you what we need. Then as my husband walked away she sarcastically said you're welcome. Never coming back to Simon med!

Had a CT scan scheduled 2 weeks out then day before appt my insurance was still not approved for visit, I had to reschedule for 2 weeks more in May, can't believe they didn't take care of the insurance prior to my appt.

Came in at opening. Was told to come back because they couldn't do X-rays until later in the morning. Came back and was told there was a 2 1/2 hour wait. Since there are no appointments made for X-rays, I had no choice but to wait. Never again. I'm totally unimpressed with the office and the service.

I went in for a xray,signed in at 8:15,didn't leave until 10:30, I heard the front saying after I had been there for an hour "now I will register the xrays" Since I work in the medical field I'm assuming,maybe it's because they don't make any money on xrays, then they are Low prority, Simon Med should really consider having a tech for walk ins and x-rays.

The girl that sits in the middle chair where you check has horrible customer service skills. I will not come back to this place because of her. They need to hire people who have that have a smile and good customer service skills. They need to fired that girl who sits in the middle chair when you check in!!!!!!!!

Just walk in today for X Ray. Worry about the negative comment since my Mom can't wait for long due to spine surgery. It is crowded about 30 people in a small room. Clerk told me we have to wait about 1:30 to 2 hrs and we have no choice but waiting. But after 40 mins we are done included a CD for doctor. Not bad at all.

Maybe somebody has a bad day but with us this is a very good experience with this location. thank you to the X Ray technician (he was very nice)

YOU GUYS SUCK

My uncle had an appointment at 8:45am. We live 45 minutes away so it was EXTREME INCONVENIENCE when he arrived and turned him away. They say they called him which they didn't but when she reread the number thought a 5 was an 8. Even though it was THEIR MISTAKE they REFUSED to see him and suggested he head to there Orlando office ANOTHER 40 MINUTES AWAY. This office is TERRIBLE. If you make an appointment here you WILL be DISAPPOINTED!!!

poor services

Waited for 3 hours for x-ray. they would not allow appointment, only walk-in. Waiting room is full of people coughing.
