Front desk are very disrespectful and unpleasant the worst experience ever. Don't change to them awful. Your kid will die before getting an appointment. They think their pay is for granted. Terrible, Terrible service.

The front desk is a joke. They are always gossiping and chit chatting amongst themselves. The wait time to see a doctor is horrible. You will wait over an hour and the doctor will only see your child for 3 minutes and quickly give you a prescription. My children have been misdiagnosed twice. I no longer bring my children to this facility. Merchant, Chan, and the rest of them are always rushing. They have no bedside manner, are rude and condescending. I refuse to call them doctors! This place is a joke. Merchant continues to open facilities with the hopes of making more money. Your child means nothing to these people. Your baby is just a dollar sign.

I take all 3 of my children to doctor merchant. They are friendly and take good care of everyone!

I BEEN GO TO DR. MERCHANT SINCE 1999 AND THANK TO DR MERCHANT AND SANJAY MEHRA AND THE DR STAFFS THEY SAFE MY 18 YEAR OLD SON LIFE I WOULD NOT CHANGE THEM FOR ANY OTHER DR THEY ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR BOTH OF MY CHILDREN IF I WOULD HAVE TO RECOMMEND A DR FOR CHILDREN S THESE WILL BE THE DR ON MY LIST BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY CARING DR .S SO I DON'T NO WHY PEOPLE SAY THAT THEY CARE FOR THE $ SIGN BECAUSE I ONLY HAS VERY GOOD RESULT WITH MERCHANT PEDIATRICIAN SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU ARE # 1 IN MY LIST AND MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU ALL

I am a first time mom and I had my baby at Osceola Regional, in Kissimmee. Dr. Nazim was my pediatrician in the hospital and he came in to check on my baby several times in the day we stayed there. I asked him many questions and he was able to help me completely. Also, the nurses in his office are very friendly and informative.
