BUYERS BEWARE! Go check Better Business Bureau and you'll see this business is rated F, has hundreds of unresolved claims, and has an alert of a government action against them. I wish I'd known this before I went to this store. Sam and Mike are complete swindlers, liars-there aren't enough negative words to describe these men and their practices. They lie about the prices, they lie about the delivery (don't believe them when they say it's in the warehouse and can be delivered right away), and they are just generally people with no moral compass when it comes to selling their products. No sales prices were listed in the store although I knew there was an active sale, so the prices you see on the beds are marked up several hundred dollars higher than they should be! The store was deserted when I was there and I can see why. Please save yourself money and headache and research this company on BBB to see for yourself. If you still decide to buy from them, DON'T buy from this store!!

I bought an ergomotion base and a new mattress at their veterans day sale... The sales person pressed and pressed that we should buy a mattress compatible with the ergomotion base and that we should absolutely buy the ergomotion base... He continued to ensure us of how wonderful it would be... We had our bed delivered from the store that Friday after the purchase... First off the mattress may bend with the base but it does not look like the one in the store.. it was so sad when I looked at the mattress I bought on this base... It looked so ghetto... The base folds up and the bed sits on top of the folds like a straight board... but that part I was willing to deal with even though it was ugly... I figured over time the mattress would begin to bend with the base.. But it did not end there.. The very first night of use of our new bed was a bad night.. the bed sounded like a train on a train track on vibration mode.. and it was devastation for my husband and I !!! I called the store the next morning, His name is Tony... I explained our issue. He told me to call the ergomotion company because I have a warranty. So I did call them and it took almost a month for someone to come out. He was here for two hours and submitted a report that my bed frame has been twisted somehow and he believes it was done by delivery men. I agreed with him because the delivery men were very rough.. they almost took off my ceiling fan and almost squashed one of my cats.. I was not impressed with them at all. And they were slamming it around like it was trash.. I even had to tell them hey I just spent over 2500$ on that bed can you please take it easy ?? Anyway the report was filed, & I call Tony so that I could email it to him... He says oh dont worry Ms. Cline we will take care of you. That was 4 days ago and I haven't heard back since.. So I spent over 2500$ for a bed from Mattress 1 on Osceola pkwy in Kissimmee Fl... And its a heaping piece of crap and no one will help me !!! I deserve some money back for the time lost waiting for a bed to be repaired or replaced. If not money back I deserve something for free for my time , & devastation I also deserve a new ergomotion frame... !!! I am a little white country chick with accent to prove it, & I dont know maybe this is in part of being racially profiled. Maybe they just believe I am stupid because of the way I sound. I am not stupid in any way, shape, or form. I do on the other hand come from a long line of crazy because I am from W.V. & my kin folk and I dont take too kindly to being taken advantage of. 2500$ is NOT joke... I have children and its Christmas time. I would have much rather bought their Christmas gifts instead of a bed that should have came from a dump. So buyers beware !!! Tony lied to me because it is not a great bed, & free delivery is a joke !!! Pass on the free delivery part !!! Because the men could lift but they didn't have brains... And they were rushing rushing rushing !!! I'm am so disappointed I could just cry myself to sleep every night.. Oh wait I cant sleep because my bed sounds like an Amtrak...
