Worst customer service! The owner was incredibly rude and has the most irresponsible workmanship. My shoes weren't repaired in time (over the quoted amount of time, he gave me). When I inquired about the status of the shoes, he said he couldn't "locate them" or remember the slightest clue of what he was supposed to do the shoes. Then had the nerve to over charge me the original quote price, while giving me attitude! I paid, but will never return!
