This office is VERY RUDE and unprofessional!!! My bill extremely fluctuates without any true exclamation why other agents and customer service representatives would review my account and they were completely and totally confused about what took place in the billing process. Jose Cerda was never available until i requested an office change. Then miraculously he calls me,the only time he calls you is when he thinks he may lose your business. The representatives in his office or condescending rude and unhelpful they treat you as though your problem that they don't want to be bother with ! if you live in the Kissimmee area or anywhere near the area and you are assigned to Jose Cerdas office, I advise you refuse or change agents ASAP this office will make your experience doing business with State Farm a complete NIGHTMARE!!!!!

This office customer service is horrible I have been with this company for 13 years and when u needed them they weren't there or if I used there services they threatened to cancel my insurance I call they never call me back I leave msgs they never return my call they doubt deserve any stars
