They are great, especially my Dermatologist Dr Seno. staff is also awesome.

The Kissimmee Assoc. in Dermatology office is BEYOND disappointing. I've been a patient for 16 yrs. & today was the final straw. I had contacted the 'office mgr' before on the issues. They never fixed any of it & have come to the realization that they just don't care about the patients at all, it's all about money for them. I, along w/ the rest of the patients have exorbitant wait times. I addressed this 2 yrs. ago......they suggested I make appts. after 1 p.m. it didn't help. They force patients to watch their pre-determined tv w/ their pre-determined shows, plugging products. So, we're made to wait exorbitant amounts of time, with a loud tv & no where to go. They refuse to call /text/ or email us & let us know if the doc. is behind schedule, which is ALWAYS! I asked the 2 ppl. before me today how long they'd been waiting?1 + hrs. Assoc. in Derm. stacks up the appointments so much that it's inevitable that patients will WAIT, & WAIT. I've discussed this in detail w/ them.

Doctor and her assistant were friendly, great talkers! They answered all my questions. I truely enjoyed my visit. check out lady was so nice....Linda S.
