I've taken my car to them 2 or 3 times now and each time i leave with the same problem. the last time j went there the mechanc told me that it was a control arm amd when he told hos boss that he could get the control arm for cheaper instead of just buying a ball joint
so his boss takes him aside and says whatever next thing i know os he's replacing the ball joint and it temporarily fixed it a lil. bit eventually i had to get a whole new control arm so i would advise everyone to take their cars somewhere else. they may charge half the price as others but your only getting half of the work. all in all cars sucks!!
