Provided by YP.comI don't know about the agent, but I spoke to two of his receptionists. One knew less than nothing, and the other one was extremely rude. I could barely get a word in edgewise, she assumed she already knew what I wanted to know, and spoke to me like I was a child or something. I don't need that at all! Will be checking into other companies with better customer service skills
