We love our new roof as well as having piece of mind that there will be no leaks and things will remain dry. A lot of our neighbors have also been getting new roofs as well, but we have noticed that your company used better quality materials. We thank you and your company for doing a quality job. Thanks also ProRoofing for having the lowest bid around, you are the best!

I was not excited to fork out thousands of dollars for a new roof, but was told in March that a leak I had could not be repaired. I got 4 estimates. ProRoofing was the last one I got, but the most competitive, so they are who I went with. They scheduled me quickly - within about a week of me signing the contract - in April. Everything happened on time or ahead of schedule. The roofing foreman told me originally that he thought the job would take 4 days, but it was finished in 2-1/2! The crew was thorough in cleaning up afterwards too. Everyone I dealt with, including John (estimator), Leslie (office manager), and Marlon (foreman) were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend ProRoofing, and will to neighbors I know will need new roofs over the next couple of years.

ProRoofing has done two repair jobs for me. All work was high quality and completed in a timely manner (which in the event of a roof leak, timeliness is everything). They are professional, honest and fairly priced for quality of work done. I would highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs!

From start to end, all services were very professional. We had a shake roof tear-off and replacement. The crew worked non-stop through some rain and cold conditions. Our roof is beautiful and fully inspected for quality of workmanship. The lead crew member was very conscientious to be sure our questions were answered. They have replaced many roofs in our neighborhood. We are 100% satisfied.

We were experiencing some water spots and drips inside the house so, after calling Pro Roofing NW, Inc, an inspection was immediately done on our roof. I was sent pictures and given a detailed description of what was found and what needed to be done. Leslie in the front office called with work schedules and payment options and was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to any inquiry and sent detailed invoices on all work that needed to be done and cost of material. Everything was delivered right on schedule and the crew was very experienced and polite and worked well together. They cleaned up every night and were there first thing in the morning. Anything that deviated from the original plan was discussed in detail with me before proceeding. Alex, the owner, was very professional and stopped by to check on the work and to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I was very impressed with the final results and will recommend this company to everyone.

Pro Roofing was very fast and professional. I was impressed by the knowledge of their sales team. The communication from start to finish was spot on. I always knew what the next step was, and when it would happen. They were also cleaner than expected, a very nice suprise. They were the highest bid, and well worth it. I'm so glad I didn't use a discount roofer and justify a lesser quality job. The "DONE RIGHT" factor was 1st on my list, and Pro Roofing delivered to my high expectations!

Alex was so good on the site. He kept me in the loop which was important to me because I couldn’t be there because of my schedule. We had some rot, and he called me right away to notify me. I felt good about it and told him to go ahead. I came back and it looked great. I was really impressed by that.

Pro Roofing was a good choice for me, because I live alone and don’t have the physical strength to clean up after a roofing crew. They left my yard looking like they had never been there except for the beautiful new roof of course!

I was so happy I chose Pro Roofing. This process had me very concerned and nervous. I got at least a million estimates, and while they were not the lowest they made me feel very comfortable. I was so happy to feel so taken care of. They spoke my language, and made it easy and actually enjoyable. I’m surprised at how nice it looks compared to my neighbors. I’m very happy with my choice.

Pro Roofing is exceptionally professional. They are also punctual, courteous, cautious, and their workmanship is unmatched in the greater Seattle area. I love the fact that Pro Roofing is a member of the BBB, MBA, and a built green contractor. I compared several estimates, and there is no other company, in my estimation, which offers so much for such a fair price.
