My favorite dealership. These guys rock

I was looking to buy a car and shopped at this dealership and I think the staff was absolutely awesome! Very friendly salepeople that were completely non-pushy and helpful the entire time. I believe they put their best foot forward and I personally couldn't ask for any better customer service. Althought I didn't buy a car simply because I wasn't ready (I didn't purchase anywhere else either) they were still very polite and when I'm ready to purchase I WILL come back here.

I won a car through the GM hot button sweepstakes and when I went to pick it up at this dealership they were rushed and wrote the incorrect address on our paperwork (twice after being corrected) as well as incorrect name (had to be corrected). I still have paperwork that has our address incorrectly and now am submitting a form for tax refund due to GM overcharging for some certain tax and who knows if I'll get it since they submitted my address incorrectly. I think they didn't want much to do with me since it was a done deal car win and so they just rushed through the paperwork. Once they've got your business they don't care about doing a good job. I would not recommend them ever which is too bad since that is the point of sweepstakes - to attract customers and bring in new ones. I was happy to win the car from GM but disappointed with this particular dealerships way of business.
