Was not well treated in several different ways. Also was given wrong information. Sales agent and sales manager complained about the offer they accepted and did not perform in the time given to deliver the car. I would not go back to this dealership. I just bought a car on 9/19/2008 and it has not been delivered yet. Many excuses why and none of them are legitament. There are several good Honda dealers close to this area and I will take my business there next time, I will not even have the Honda serviced at Kirkland Honda.
