Wayne and crew are awesome. We had an open fireplace that didn't really put out much heat at all. Wayne installed a custom insert that puts out an INCREDIBLE amount of heat, and it looks like they were never even here, the job was that cleanly done. Thanks so much Emerald City!

ECCI was WONDERFUL. Excellent service, lowest pricing around that I could find for a complete chimney rebuild. Wayne and the staff went above and beyond my expectations, and I thought I just needed tuckpointing - the chimney was about to collapse! Wayne from Emerald City Chimney Sweeps is a rockstar! From the time I called their office to the completion of my project I was totally taken care of. This company almost caused a wronful death by installing a fire insert in an open fire place without cleaning the flue or sealing the heatilator that was compromised to accomodate the pipe for the insert. When trying to communicate with the company by leaving messages via phone, an email was sent and I finally got a response that confirmed that I would not be getting a resoution directly from Ererald City Chimney Inc. Best friend or not, I would look over my documentation from the county and review my pictures before even considering this company. I do not know how they sleep at night, smoke detectors saved my small children. Legal council and Snohomish County have been consulted well in advance of this review.
