The technician from J&J Mechanical is always on time, thorough and takes care to protect my wood floors when they come inside. Today Allen did not disappoint. This is the second year I have had them service my HVAC system and I appreciate that they contact me to schedule when I am due for service in the fall and spring. I did not sign a service contract with the local company that installed the HVAC system after a disappointing (and disastrous) install. I have been very satisfied with J&J Mechanical. Their pricing is fair and competitive.

I have been a customer of J & J Mechanical for four years now. This a great company with great people working with this company. I had a recent problem with my A/C and called J & J. They sent a technician out the next day and I couldn't be happier with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable and walked me through exactly what the problem was. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour of being there. All of the staff is super nice and very competent. I strongly recommend J & J Mechanical.

James with J&J Mechanical inspected our HVAC which was not working properly after another company had replaced our hot water heater. He showed me where there had been a extremely serious error in their installation and explained very diplomatically how it should be corrected. The following month James came back out for our semi-annual HVAC inspection and was very helpful in explaining the inspection and his recommendations. J&J does a great job giving you full disclosure of what will keep your unit functioning at its best, while not doing a hard sell on things that you don't need. I feel very confidant in their expertise and business ethics. Won't be using any other companies!

Air conditioning broke down on a Friday evening. Called J&J. They were the ones that installed our system years ago. Our technician James was here quick. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it back up within 20 minutes of being here. He was friendly, professional and courteous. A good representative for your company. Well done.
