If you need someone to create drawings so you can rebuild your house, then please don’t use this person. My elderly parents were flooded out of their home, and trusted this guy to complete the job in a timely manner. We paid him the full amount on May 31st, and are still waiting for the drawings. Meanwhile they are sleeping on a mattress on a small bathroom floor, and can not begin construction until he gives us the drawings. He rarely responds to calls/emails, and when he does it’s one excuse after another. He finally let it slip that he has 4 bigger projects in Kingwood so they took priority over our job. We’ve asked for a refund, but he refuses. We’ve tried many times going to his office, but he’s never there. My intentions for this post is to hopefully prevent someone else from going through this. It’s really sad that my parents had to experience a flood, and that alone is very stressful, but this added stress is just inexcusable.
