If you are looking to take your family out for a nice meal in the Kingwood area with excellent food and stellar customer service, take them ANYWHERE other than Rico's Grill. I have never been a huge fan of their food, but I had a coupon. Not only did the waiter act overly put out when I said that I had a coupon (I made this clear when I phoned in my order), but my order was incomplete, and when my wife spoke with the manager, he acted like he could not have cared less. We will never return to this poorly run establishment ever again. Do yourself a favor, dine elsewhere.
