Today was my first visit. I was a little skeptical due to all be bad reviews but I can tell you my experience was worth 5+ stars. Not only was the receptionist friendly & welcoming but I was taken back into the office only after 15 minutes. My intake nurse was a breath of fresh air. He not only made me feel beyond welcomed he asked more indepth questions no other psychiatrist in my almost 20 yrs of visits. The Dr was so friendly & made you feel as you have known him for years. Finally after years of struggling with 5 to 6 medications thrown at me at one time I have hope that they understand me & don't want to just dope me up. Quoting them "we will find you the happiness you deserve". Please do not let negative people that had 99 great visits but only write a review for 1 bad day sway you away from an amazing office that truly wants to help you.

Absolute worst business and or practice I have ever been too. Poor service, care given is almost non existent. And they can not keep an appointment. If I am late or don't show I pay but okay to make me wait an hour and a half. Don't waste good money or your time. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst business. When calling to make an appointment there is no answer. They ask you to leave a message and then take days to call you back. In the off chance you actually get an appointment you will wait forever to be seen. The wait to be seen is over an hour long. I watched as 3 patients had to get up and schedule new appointments due to the doctor running so far behind that they had to leave and the patients had to reschedule. I made an appointment to see the doctor and when I arrived was sent to see a doctors assistant and all she did was reschedule me to see the doctor at a later time. She gave no evaluation what so ever. It was a complete waste of time. Basically they took my money for an appointment to make an appointment. This is the absolute worst office I have ever been to and I will not be going back or be recommending anyone to see them ever. Do not waste your time and money. Go somewhere else instead.
