Scott Yesh, Manager of A+ Transmission Specialists on North Park in Kingwood, Texas greeted me as I entered his Customer Service Office as he has done so many times over the years I have been a customer of his. My 2005 Ford Focus just turned 130K miles and it was time to have a yearly transmission flush service performed. I called earlier in the week and Scott scheduled me a morning appointment with one of his technicians who is very familiar with my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle around noon after receiving a call from Scott that my ready and there were no issues reported by his mechanic. Always found the staff to be very knowable, professional and customer service oriented and performs their service in a timely manner at a competitive price.
