This company is supposedly trained, licensed, and authorized to work on Navien heating systems. I called them because I had gotten a recommendation from another plumber, and my heat box was making a whining noise when any faucet was opened then closed.

They sent their best out to my house, and he was unable to troubleshoot the noise, and had to call Navien. They recommended a solution to the problem, and I ordered a $165 part, put it in myself, and there was absolutely no change to the problem at all.

Called them back, and now they want $300 MINIMUM to have the guy come back out and all Navien again!!! It would have felt better for them to come out and hold a gun on me while charging me that kind of money. I refused their service, and will never call Swift Plumbing to come out to my house again.

I recommend you DO NOT use their services, or take the chance on getting soaked tot he bone with charges unnecessarily.

Simple job - huge expense. Had a plumber from Silverdale P&H come out and do the exact thing for 1/2 the money. Swifts installation was sloppy and is already leaking. Calling Silverdale P&H to fix Swifts work - that should say it all.
