For 45 years, Steven R. Kafrissen, MD DLFAPA (Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association) has offered comprehensive and compassionate psychiatric care to patients from in and around Kingston, Pennsylvania and Luzerne County. Dr. Kafrissen later completed post-graduate work at the Washington School of Psychiatry.
