Misleading in regard to pay for the first three weeks of training. In the ad seeking to hire Sales Reps, it purposefully is not clear that the $333 per week bonus was given ONLY if you earned a certain amount of commission by selling Xfinity Comcast packages. The duties of my three direct supervisors was not clear either. They each were clear on what they could NOT do to help, but not sure of which of the other two to ask legitimate questions. Two of the three are arrogant and think much more of themselves than they ought. And one of those two is downright rude and condescending toward the new reps in private, and falsely "nice" in group chats.His name is Kyle. I blew all of their cover and included their boss in the group text. In short, they were highly unprofessional, condescending, and one in particular lied to try to make me look bad and himself look like a peace maker. False humility to the 100th degree. I encourage others to simply deal with Xfinity Comcast directly as I plan to do myself and not deal with Alchemy at all. They sell the thought of serving customers as their top priority, but in reality all they are concerned with is their commission. Period. If you're a hard hustler, this is the place for you. If you are not, you will be uncomfortable and pressured among people that show one face, but would put you under the bus if it furthered their commission and/or made them appear better than they are.
I am elated that God allowed the real them to come to the surface just one week after being hired. And very grateful that I do not have to hustle for a living, but am blessed with an abundance as well as relationships to enjoy my life. A regular full or part time job for supplemental income and plenty of time for family works for me.
