I called with a major issue first thing in the morning and by early afternoon they were here and found, then fixed the problem.

The team at AAA Fuel & Service has been wonderful. They deliver my fuel on time and always at a great price compared to other local fuel oil companies. They have cleaned my unit and I never have any problems with it. Recently I had an installation done. Mike gave me a fair price and it was completed in a timely fashion with no issues at all. I highly recommend them and thank them for great service.

I got heap the first year I lived in my house. I had ordered fuel prior to getting Heap about 2 weeks 150 gallons. About 4 weeks later I went to check my fuel and I saw that it was low. I call the Triple A and ask for my Heap delivery which they said they already delivered. I was I did not think I got this delivery but they insisted I did. After being their customer for a few years I had ordered another hundred fifty gallons which never got delivered to my house because they delivered it to the wrong house. It was then that I thought I surely didn't receive my fuel the fear that I was talking about previously. I am NOT their customer anymore because of the way I was treated when I talk to them about their mistake and that they had made the same mistake prior.

Their prices are decent, however calling there and talking to the people who answer the phone is not a pleasant experience. The guy who came to clean our furnace last year took all of 20 minutes, instead of the usually thorough job that we have received from other oil companies. I did not renew my one year contract with them this Fall, nor have I requested an oil delivery, and they continue to call me two or three times a week telling me that I need to "call back with payment information on my overdue account". Overdue meaning...they want me to call them back and agree to another year long contract and oil deliveries whenever they have time to get to your house. No, Thank You!

VERY RUDE on the phone, the women raised her voice and acted like she didn't even want to be bothered. They wanted to charge my card before giving me any oil service. I questioned her about this and she became very defensive. I deal with Suburban Propane for my propane service and they never wanted to charged my card before any service. I always received an invoice then I paid. Overall the only reason why I chose this company was because of there oil price BUT now that I see I will be dealing with this, it's not worth it, I will pay more money but know at least when I call Suburban Propane they have outstanding customer service and act like they want to be bothered.

Actually, whoever wrote the previous review must have had a fluke experience. AAA has been our oil provider for 3 years now, and they are extremely kind and fair in price. They deliver in a very timely manner. Additionally, they have come to the house immediately in the case of boiler emergencies. I recommend them quite highly.

This is the WORST oil company in the area.They have on multiple occasions come days after they promised to deliver, didn't honor our original locked in rate, and gave us lousy customer service.In recent events, they messed up billing over charged us and refused delivery until we paid the WRONG amount.I'll never use them again!
