I can't say enough about Family Pools North! We had a Doughboy pool installed last year and the harsh winter weather took its toll by pulling down the liner and eventually tearing it. So we needed to purchase a new liner from a Doughboy pool distributor. I found Family Pools through the Doughboy list of distributors in my area. Lucky day for me! I worked with Alison in customer service. She was so helpful, responsive, friendly and on top of everything! You don't get that kind of customer service very often now a days and I was impressed throughout the entire business transaction. This business always answers their phone (yes- by a real human being). Good old-fashioned values of taking care of the customer. Happy customers = successful business. They get that and it shows!
