The doctors are very knowledgeable and sensitive to their patients. Their staff helps you with your paperwork and are very considerate.

The doctors and nurse practitioner have always treated me with respect. They care very deeply for their patients and give quality care. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kazmier reportedly gave Graybeal permission to search his coat jacket where an unmarked pill bottle was located in his pocket. Kazmier then admitted taking half of an Ambien pill approximately two hours prior to driving, the arrest report stated. Ambien is a sedative used to treat insomnia.

W. Jan Kazmier, 70, 710 Harbor Point Drive, was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff's Office for possession of a legend drug without a prescription and DUI. He was also charged with running a stop sign and speeding.

I had been going to this doctor every month paying my bill with no balance on my account. They ran my debit without asking, 400 dollars and told me the credit card machine had not ran my copay each month. So they took it upon themselves to run my card without even telling me. The copays dated back to 2013. They said they were legetimate charges even though I didn't authorize this withdraw. Beware keep your recipts and double check against your account. They charge without your authorization.

I’ve been a patient for 4 years and this staff has become family to me. Dr. Kazmier has spent countless hours helping me with my asthma. I cannot always afford to try the newest medications on the market, but these fine folks are wonderful about providing samples and helping me to get approvals from my insurance company for the medicines that truly help me. They always go above and beyond and are super nice. Dr. Kazmier is the finest doctor that I’ve ever seen.

Dr. Kazmier and Dr. Madhok (I've seen both) have always gone above and beyond to treat myself and my two children. They are extremely knowledgable and their level of care has historically exceeded by expectations. An added bonus is the fact that neither of my children mind going to this office to get their allergy injections because the staff is very experienced, gentle and they are always wonderful with my kids.

Place is great my kids love Jason and the staff.
