Dr. Simpson and his PA Shanon are very compassionate and empathetic towards their patients and truly want to help and alleviate their pain. However, their nursing staff can be very impatient and tend to make the patient feel humiliated and embarrassed because the patient may be physically challenged due to health issues. I was paying them to make me feel embarrassed and humiliated! Fortunately I was able to find another pain management doctor to help me and has a very caring staff which is important too.

Dr Simpson really does care about his patients. However, I did have a bad experience with the Clinic. They called me to come in for a drug test. I had given them 2 numbers to call me - cell phone number and work number. I had told them several times, no matter what, to call my work number. I am always there from 8 a.m. until 5 and most of the time til 6 p.m. of the evenings. I did not get the message to come in. I ask the nurse over the phone if they had called my work number and she said, "that don't matter, we could not get a hold of you." She evidently did not care. If I could have afforded it, I would have kept my appt. and went in and talked to the dr. If I knew that Dr Simpson had of been there and I could have talked to him, I would have. The nurse did not even want to take the time to go back and tell me what number they had called me on. I know they did not call my work number because I have customers calling me several times a day and leaving messages. Also, they had called my work number a few times in the past and I always got the message and returned their call. This is definitely no reflection on Dr. Simpson. He is an extremely good and caring doctor.

Dr Simpson was the best pain doctor i have ever been to Sr Simpson really cares about getting the chronic pain under control & them a atom bomb fell He stopped taking my Medicare & i couldn't afford to pay the charges myself I don't hold it against Dr Simpson Medicare did him wrong .
