Great salon, stylist are very educated. Spa is AMAZING. these other reviews are insane. For the one about her hair being thinned out, you need to get your facts together, b/c ive been a customer for 4 years now and have thin hair and all they EVER do is use the thinning shears on the very ends of the hair to get out scissors marks and blend layers.DUH! thinning would call for them chopping into your hair at the scalp. AND TO THE GIRL ABOUT THE MASSAGE honey get real they dont even do deep tissue massages its all relaxation and obviously u had problems prior to your appt. they would take Alot of strength to tear anything...PEOPLE IGNORE THESE OTHERS IF YOU WANT TO LOOK YOUR BEST AND FEEL YOUR BEST GOOOOOOOO GOOOO GOOO TO RESULTS THEY ARE THE BEST!! Larry,Kelly,Brenda,Lisa are terrific hair ppl. and rob and sheetal i cant remember the others names that work downstairs in the spa area they are absolutely marvelous

I think the beautician was on drugs. I had been to her before and she acted like she had never done my hair. She butchered my hair! I have very fine, hair and she thinned it out! Will never return.

I went in for a massage, and the massage therapist injured my shoulder. I have had to undergo physical therapy (at my expense). Now I have to have an MRI, and possibly surgery. My doctor thinks that she tore a ligament. Do not recommend. After I sought treatment from a doctor, the salon owner quit returning my phone calls.
