Trying to call a branch and simply ask a question. Impossible! Have to call the 1-800# and go through the queue but never an option to speak to a representative. Frustrating.

Do not use this bank they will rob you blind and if u ask for a refund the frreze and close your account I would go with anyone but regions they will rip you off everyway from sundown
