had some gutter work around a porch done last year. was given a quote on the gutter and told that the installers would give me a quote on flashing around the roof. i figured the flashing would come first and then the gutter install but i showed up at the house one day and the gutters was being installed... this was without getting the price for the flashing first. was quoted 250.00 for flashing. the first attempt was to put this three inch metal under the roof that sent water washing back up under all over my porch. it took me months to know the job had not been done properly as i don't actually live in this house. once i saw the leaks i made several calls mr price came out and goaded his workers . sent them back with larger metal installed it around the porch and it mostly worked... although they ran out and did not finish a 4 ft by 6 foot section on the corner ..above my steps, also they didnt finish the run on the other side of the porch it was about six inches short.. so still leaked..again since i dont lie there it took me a while to be there during a rainstorm many months later... i've texted called and called... was told the company was sold and the new owner mr prices relative Michael contacted me and actually did fix part of the flashing on one side. but still did not complete the job above my steps... its been many many months and he has promised to put me some metal on the last half of the porch but does not respond to texts. one time i got ahold of him he was on vacation that was three months ago.. he promised to get to it when he got back.. this is the work ethic. i guess my home was not as nice or brought them as much money as some other nicer homes but still i paid over a 1000.00 for the job and feel it should be completed.. i had other quotes at 1300.00 i truly wished i had went with them. hate to give a bad review of a local company i always try to hire local when i take on a house project.. but this is just not right.. i have other things i need done, such as snow guards put on the roof and more guttering put around a solarium but will not use price guttering because of the unfinished work.... if you want a job actually done well and finished i would not recommend hiring price guttering. i was very excited to replace the gutter on my 1830's old house and it has been a huge disappointment to have to go thru this.. it will be an expensive fix to get another company to finish and fix the work they started but i will have to pay it if i don't wan my porch to rot down..
