When my dog got sick they had to put her down. Dr. Doldon took excellent care of her and sent us a sympathy card with wildflowers and an imprint of her paw. They are amazing and truly care for animals.

my family have been loyal to this facility my entire life. we have taken our pets here for 27 years. the past 5 years I have grown increasingly dissatisfied with the service. The staff is unconcerned, dismissive, they take their sweet time and when i ask them to update my pets info, they SAY they will and that they did do so, but they dont! I am so sick of this. Today i sat in the waiting room with my dog, who possibly could have a fast acting fatal issue (bloat) ... i wasnt sure thats what she had but the possibility shouldve made them show some urgency. I sat there for an hour and a half. both front and back waiting areas filled and emptied twice before i was brought to a room. there, i waited another 1/2 hr to be seen. the vet took 2 hrs trying to determine what was wrong. said she could find nothing wrong. she didnt know what was wrong with my dog. and my dog is still in pain. I am beyond disgusted with this facility. I have given them years of loyal service. given chance after chance. Im done. I was going to get my dog fixed there next month but after this i dont want them touching my pets again.

No stars worthy in my opinion - beyond disappointing - had to click something though. Stuck waiting on each of my first few visits. The last time I was there (always having an appointment) I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before being put in the exam room. THREE HOURS LATER - after multiple times of asking what was taking so long - one of the helpers came in and gave my dog her shot. No apologies - nothing!! I have not been back and honestly you could not pay me to go back there.

I'm really upset with the on going of false advertising on large animal care. If you can't service horses, cow or other farm animals don't false advertise.

Idian Ridge has always taken care of my pets like they were their pets. Theay actually show concern and do not try to charge you for unneccessary things. they show a concern for the pet as well as the person. I would never go anywheres else, they are like family.

I am so disappointed @ the way my cat was taken care of which he wasn't at all considering I had paid well over $1000 for my cat to have his leg & hip fix. You people did nothing other than doping himup on pain meds. All I can say is thanks for NOTHING!!!!

Have always took my pets here after a bad expirience with another Vet. They are very caring and always offer the best treatment for your pet and give you options. They also have good prices.

We are relatively new to the area and were casually searching for a vet for about six months. I had called several to try to find the right vet for our needs but hadn't made a decision. It wasn't until we had an emergency that we found and chose our new vet. One of our tiny long coat chihuahua babies went into distress (severe hypoglycemia) that came on extremely rapidly and was near death. We rushed her to Indian Ridge (without an appointment) and they gave us almost instantaneous attention. The vet was remarkably caring and knowledgeable. She kept little Hailey for tests and treatment for the day. We found later that Hailey had an underlying infection and along with the hypoglycemia went to into distress three more times in her care. We also found that they had a vet tech sitting with her for the entire day to ensure that she had the best chance for survival. What's more, to our utter amazement, she called us the day after we brought our little girl home to find out how the treatment was going.
