Provided by YP.comI went there with a picture to show the exact color I wanted, after 5 hrs in the chair and 160 dollars later my hair looks nothing like the picture I showed. I could tell the stylist knew she had messed up and she kept asking for help from the other stylists. They all kept making excuses and saying I would look better after I had washed it. I have washed it 3 times now and it looks the same. I don't even want to go back to have them correct it as I feel like they didn't care enough the first time to make sure I left happy and looking good.
