upper class food, best original Italien cusine in town/area by far....very open minded for customers request...ohhhh and the Tiramisu....just all around satisfying!!
The service is sometimes not matching the high class food, but never on a low level....it is so hard find good servce people anymore.....if you see a problem, let them know....the management/owner will be there for you.
We eat there every so often....I had my 50th birthday party there....never had any problems!!

Our waitress Julie refused to clear plates or refill drinks even after we asked several times. Then when we ask to see a manager we waited over 20 minutes but no one ever came. I will never go back.

I was visiting my hometown and decided to eat at an old favorite, Guiseppes. I must say things have really changed since I ate there a few years ago. I had the worst experience ever. I have had better service at dive bars and fast food places. Our waitress resembled a meth addict and acted as efficiently. She treated us like we were a burden and were keeping her from her smoke break which she smelled like she took too many of. Perhaps she just wanted to go shoot up. I'm not sure what her name was but I noticed a few other review sites talking about a waitress who sounds familiar so I dont believe this was just something that happened to me. I know I will never return there and plan to tell everyone how bad my experience was.

WOW!!! The food was amazing!!! The service was wonderful!!!! I can not wait to go back!!! If you haven't tried this restaurant, you are missing out on one of the best Italian dinners in the Tri-Cities, if not the best!!!!!

Guiseppe's has been my favorite restaurant for as long as I can remember. It's locally owned and serves some of the best Italian food in the Tri-Cities. If you haven't tried it, you should.
