We were refered to Russel Street at Cross County by our Realtor. He and his staff worked with us every step of the way to help guide us through the process. He or his staff called me to keep me posted on the progress of our loan. I never had to wonder what was going on. They were available when I needed them and always friendly, knowlegable and helpful. We sold our house and had to move into a hotel between closings and they were able to close early and seemed very concerned about our living situation. The genuinly seemed concerned for our living situation. I would recomend them 10 - 1 over other Mortgage lenders.
