I have been a residence here for 5 years . The apartment layout itself is fine but the owners of Wilhoit properties sucks! Your car gets towed if you're not a resident and don't park in the visitors designated area. There have been times that cars of residents have been towed. It didn't used to be like that before. There's no cameras in the areas that really need it. Nosey nosey neighbors. The laundry area isn't the best. The washers work half the time. You can't have stuff on your balcony. If it looks cluttered you will get wrote up for it. When you have a trash out in your kitchen bagged up ready to go out to the dumpsters during inspection you get wrote up. The rent has sky rocketed tremendously. The rent is not worth it here at all. The walls are wayyyy too thin. I could hear the trinkle of someone using the bathroom. Property managers come and go...there was only one that I absolutely miss...but she couldn't even bare to stay on any longer because of the owners. There's much more but that's it for now. Too strict!!
