One of the best groomers in Kingsport they no what there doing they are awesome and treat your dogs like baby's try them you won't regret it

With no appt I came in for hair in my dogs ears to be removed, he can't stand for me to do it, such a fight! These 2 ladies took the situation under control from minute 1. He had no time to consider. In & out in a flash & the charge was resonable... Thanks I think he can hear me now!!!

I walked in and it was great nice poeple and great with my dog he loved being there I loved they done my dog he smelled great and he look great if anyone looking for a goid groomer a dog's dream is one the best places to go thanks u so much a dog dream

Frist off I would like to say that I had a great experience at a dogs dream. The works are very friendly and they love our fur babies just as much as we do. I have taken my dog there a few times and he loves seeing the ladies that work there. He always comes out smelling great and looks wonderful. I highly recommend that if your looking for a groomer take them there. I have been to a lot of other groomers and haven't have a good experience with them. But these ladies know what they are doing. The dogs look and smell really great.

First off I should have known better when I walked in and the woman (MaryLou) had her daughter holding the dogs on the table while she was trying to cut their hair instead of properly holstered in. I called and made an appointment for 10:00, when I arravied at 10:00 I was told by the daughter that my Poodle would have to be worked in bc I was supposed to have been there at 9:30. I specifically told them how I wanted my Poodle groomed which was to keep his teddy bear face cut just trimmed down but instead all he has is a mustache, She gave him a plain straight forward cut which is clearly uneven, and all I had asked was for him to be trimmed up from his original cut not a total full body shave. The absolute worst thing that she did was BURNT both of his testicals because she didn't let her shears cool down first or didn't just simply get another pair. She also had to carterize one testicle and did not bother mentioning this to me when I picked him up. I had a Poodle for 15years and at no point in those 15 years while being groomed did he ever have his testicles burnt so please be cautious and take your animals to a real professional bc it's not her. Once I got home and was able to get a real good look at my Poodle is when I noticed everything so I called her and told her about his testicles which was my main concern and she told me to just put a little baby powder on them that he would be fine which I know you have to put Vaseline on them. PLEASE be VERY cautious of where you take your fur babies to be groomed!
