I want to share the experience my fiancé had at VILLAGE HAIRSTYLES (Kings Beach, CA), so other could be aware of the LOW quality of service they provide.
I made an appointment for my fiancé IN PERSON the other day at VILLAGE HAIRSTYLES, so I saw with my own eyes them writing my fiancé's name down in their schedule for 4pm and after they said to me "OK, see your fiancé later tonight".
He showed up 10 minutes to 4pm, and got an answer that he has to wait 45 MINUTES (His appointment was for 4pm). He said OK and took a walk while he was waiting. He was back by 4.35pm and the lady/owner was already cutting somebody others' hair. She dropped to my fiancé that it would be an EXTRA HALF AN HOUR, but later on, being done with the SECOND person my fiancé was waiting on, started to wash hair of the THIRD ONE, not even acknowledging him still waiting.
On this time he just walked away not getting even an apology from her.
We will NEVER BE BACK to VILLAGE HAIRSTYLES again.
I believe this sort of local business, when they do not treat their customers with respect, does not worth to be supported.
