I would not give them one star if I didn't have too. Buyer BEWARE of this Company..Valentine Spa and pools. They sell Artesian spas and they are crap. We bought ours less than 5 years ago and the acrylic is separating from the fiberglass already. Valentine's response to me was that I set the temperature about 94 degrees and use chemicals in the spa, by the way chemical in which they sold me. Artesian first stated the warranty was out because it is over 3 years old, when I bought the spa I was told there was a lifetime warranty on the tub itself, now they are telling me we melted the acrylic. They don't know exactly how we melted it but it could be from a cigarette, chemicals, or even the light shining off a window into the spa. When I asked how the light off a window would melt the acrylic through the water because the area is in the bottom seat area and we also have 2 other thinned acrylic areas on the other side of the tub as well, Allen got upset. I told him no one in the house smokes either, so he stated don't know how you melted the acrylic but that's what’s happened. We had a person who knows lots about spa been in business a long time and said we take really great care of our spa, and he has never seen anything like this. SO A WARNING TO ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR BUYING A SPA STAY AWAY FROM VALENTINE SPA AND POOL AND ARTESIAN SPA'S. THEY ARE BOTH CRAP

We bought our hot tub at Valentines last month and we are very happy with the whole transaction. The tub is great, super energy efficient and the jets are powerful. The service was great, the delivery and set-up crew were really outstanding and very helpful.

Could not be happier!

i.e., A local favalentines spas has been the best spa place in town I have bought two spas from there never had a problem best customer service best pricing I refer all my friends and family you can not go wrong buying from these people best service around and nice greating when you walk in the door I went to prince pools and they tried to sell me a spa that does not have a heater in it just a heat recover and they tried to lie about it and sell me a piece of junk at least at vaelentines they were honest and sell all there spas with true heaters

What a great place to do business. Lovely lady by the name of Dianna proudly offering above ground pools and spas that are Made in America. Not that imported crap "Prince" sells as "Just like Valentines with a lower price." His junk is just that "Junk".

This lady knows her business and takes care of her customers. A hard thing to find these days.

To get the most for your money, buy at Valentines, and BUY AMERICAN. We will be back!

well I am here to tell you when I went to them I had a great experience! Prince Pools sold me a half horse power filter unit and for my big pool it wouldn't work right. so they took my expensive vaccum and traded it for a smaller one so of course that didn't work either. My filter gets plugged and he wants to charge me 75.00 They still owe me the difference of the vacuum. I kept telling them it was the filter was too small. I was right! I spent nearly 3000 dollars there and I was not taken CARE OF PROPERLY how sad its all about the money and then there gone.

Valentines was not like that!

Buyer Beware Shady Business Practices

This purchase is a devastation for me. They continually deceive and flat out lie to customers to get their money. Buyer Beware. I have been forced to file a Consumer Fraud Case against them with the Mohave Attorney General. I have also contacted the BBB. Today this spa is getting moved out into my FRONT YARD, tipped up on it's side & I am painting a HUGE sign to hang on it Saying: "I Bought this Piece of JUNK from Valetine's Spa LLC



Diane & Jeremy Valentine are liars. I traded a spa and was told that the new spa was only 4 years old with one owner When they delivered it and took my trade in to be sold on consignment in their store the newer one would not heat the water. It took them 3 weeks to finally get it up & running after The repairs were done. At that time Jeremy told me the spa actually had multiple owners & was much older, in fact I did some research & found the spa is actually about 15 years old. Within a week it was not working again now they refuse to to make it right



Today it still sits here with no water because the jets do not work & the heater will not heat above 70 degrees, which it is a high priced swimming pool, that is not big enough to swim in. They do not return my calls regarding promised repairs. I contacted Diane today & ask her to just bring my spa back because I am disabled & need it for pain relief.



She will not bring it back unless I pay her additional delivery money from when she picked it up. (it was picked up the same time the other one was delivered) This makes absolutely no sense, but then Diane acts like a money hungry person, because after the delivery I had to make an extra trip to buy water set up chemicals, but when I bought it she said delivery 7 "set-up" were included in the price. She actually hung up on after she told me that they do not work for free. But I can see they sure do freely take my money and deliver defective merchandise and never keep their promises. This Spa will remain advertised in my front yard until this is settle..if it can not be settled the Spa will become for ever yard Art..because that is all it is worth using it for.

RESOLUTION: Finally after filing with the Attorney general, BBB, and hiring a private attorney, 129 days later my consignment Spa was returned without any additional delivery charge. I am sure you all agree this was way to long, but finally it has been resolved.Fortunately This week I sold it myself on Craigslist for $1,200.00 The spa I purchased was repaired with the simple turn of a knob. Although I exerted an enormous amount of time, money and frustration over this experience, I stuck to making this right. The owner extended her apology by giving me a gift certificate to spend in her store which was about 1/3 of what my costs were to make up for the chemicals I personally had to purchase, plus parts, and labor to another dealer.
