Mr. Sippel is very professional and knowledgeable. He handled my bankruptcy so smoothly, it was not too stressful and I never had to deal with the creditors. He respected me and honored my privacy. He was also willing to answer all questions and concerns. His office staff is fantastic; friendly and welcoming.

An attorney's responsiveness is his or her's most valuable attribute. I have used Mark Sippel to do a rather complicated owner finance real estate transaction in the past on behalf of my mother. More recently I had to make some adjustments to it. I live in Texas and when I have used Mark there has been some urgency to my business relative to time. Mark was able to accomplish what I needed via email, telephone, and fax to save me valuable time. His fee was reasonable and he started work on my problems immediately. I consider him a good competent attorney who does the work as quickly as possible.
