I contacted Plumbing by Jake because two toilets were constantly running water and shower/tub pipe was making noises. George Fookes, a pleasant man in a clean uniform, assessed the problems - both toilets flushing mechanisms needed to be replaced and he recommended we replace the shower faucet and handheld sprayer. Huge shock when George removed the shower faucet - the pipe was less than 3-inches long, therefore not fully seated in the downspout!
George came up with a solution that, at this time, doesn't necessitate opening the wall to get to the pipe. Both toilets have been silent since the repair.
