Phil T. was called to perform a repair on our system. He was quick to respond and took care of the problem in a quick and efficient manner. Eliel performed our routine maintenance on our AC unit. He was timely and efficient - Both men are wonderful representative for Pitzer's. Highly recommend this company!!

Pitzer One hour AC has always been a great company to have come out to our vacation home to repair our AC unit. The tech's are very professional and everyone treats the customer with respect. It's great to have Tony and the gang around!

We used Pitzer's last year when our A/C malfunctioned during a storm. At that time the tech offered a service membership that included free check-ups. As promised, they contacted us last fall and this spring to schedule an A/C check-up at no charge. Additionally, after last year's repair, they returned promptly after to perform some warranty work without any hassle and courteously. Prior to contacting Pitzer's, we had contacted a few other companies for service and they were either too high for the service call fee, or too busy to get to us in a reasonable amount of time. We shall continue to use Pitzer's in the future. Thank You for your attentiveness and great service!

We've used Pitzers a number of times since we've lived in Lake Havasu and they are always courteous and quick. We know that when we need them they will work hard until we are satisfied. Brandon is super helpful, too.

I am the owner of the property serviced and did not experience the work being done. However, my "snow bird" renter stated she was very satisfied w/the work done and with the technician who performed the work and the person who called and set the appt time. This is the type of service I/we have come to expect of both Pitzer's and Benjamin Franklin. The only reason we didn't give them 5 stars is because I had to call back several times before I had the chance to speak w/a live operator. I believe the answering service could use more staff.

I highly recommend John A. out of the Lake Havasu City, AZ office. He has provided plumbing service to our family residence and rental business on more than one occasion and I found him to be extremely honest and professional. He is a real asset to the company.

After a very difficult situation with one of the other service people, Chris Krohn followed up on my next service call and took care of my needs perfectly and made me feel that I was a valued customer. He listened to my concerns, explained the true problem and didn't just try to up sell me on more then what I needed to fix the problem. With a change in management I saw an instant improvement in customer service.

Imagine my delight in having John to our home to tend to our plumbing needs once again. He is a a great representative for your company. He is always professional, friendly and someone you have trust in. His ability to get right to the problem and fix it is a reassuring situation for the customer.
