I was told my transmission was going to cost 1500.00 to rebuild and when i picked it up they had charged my mothers American express over $2000.00 , when my wife ask why the change in amount to do the work Kermit Laughed in her face ,Kermit is a rude disrespectful person ,we would not send our dog to him to do her business

Thank your shop for all the hard work you did on my 07’ Ford Fusion. As you can imagine our trip to Las Vegas turned into a nightmare after our transmission went out while we were in the mountains just outside of Kingman. My three daughters and I were alone and pretty much stranded in the middle of nowhere as the daylight turned into night. I read about Kermit's shop on a website and read that their service was great; I for one can back that up! I would like to let you know that from the first time I contacted their company, Mick was the most hospitable person I have ever had the pleasure of talking too. He helped me from the beginning to the end of our dilemma. I think it is great that in today’s society, there are still genuine, caring people out there like Mick. He was honest, answered all my questions, and treated me like I was family, He went above and beyond Thank you for Grade A service from beginning to end and I would certainly recommend your shop to all!

Kermit the owner is AWESOME!!! He makes sure that his customers are happy and leave satisfied!! I would reccomend him to anyone who asks. He KNOWS what he is doing and what he is talking about!! Reliable and dependable, does anything to help!! Awesome shop...
