I figure if I hit 5 stars 2 x it will make up for my screw up before for hitting 1 star - LOL

I wrote the review on how bits and bites hurt me financially and K-Tek was so helpful - Sorry I meant to hit 5 star and not 1, so I am changing it

They were so polite and helpful. After going to bits and bites and I feel being financially hurt by them it was so nice to see there is someone still out there that cares about customer service. I had to pay bits and bites to get my computer going that they sold me 10 months earlier and due to their instructions they screwed up my computer. I had to take my computer to K-Tek to get it fixed, so I paid double to get it going. When someone is on a fixed income it really hurts financially to be taken advantage of the way bits and bites has done to me.
