I've been going to Dr. Kelly Bradley for years, and I have watched this office grow into the exceptionally professional dental office that it is. The entire staff and Dr. Bradley give the best dental care, are always prompt, I've never waited past my appt. time, a very friendly office with great service. Dr. Bradley gives her patience all of her attention, and it's very clear the goal of this office is to run like a well oiled machine.

I was waiting for a friend in the waiting room of Dr. Kelly Bradley's dental office. I was seated next to a husband and wife waiting for her appointment. The wife spoke very softly to the husband. I hope she's nicer today. Then they called her back. After. Few minutes I saw Dr. Kelly Bradley go towards the woman's cubical. Then I hear a loud voice say " have the husband come in because I am only going to explain this once. I heard the dentist being very inconsiderate and rude to these people. The woman said I don't understand why you get so mad when you are asked questions about my billing and dental work. She was still calm at that point I would not have been!! The question they asked was can you whiten these teeth? The dentist went further on rudely stating it's just like your fake nails. At one point the woman said to her husband don't get mad because I need this work finished. I heard nothing rude from these people only the Dr. Kelly Bradly was rude and loud. She even went further by asking the patient if she was on mental health medication. This office put this husband and wife in the most embarrassing situation I have ever seen. Even when the husband calmly stated that his wife and he had lost their 2 month old grandson and she was going through to much stress a already this dentist was on a role and just kept verbally abusing these people. All because they asked a question. Not very professional and "NO" privacy .
