Shawn showed up earlier than promised, friendly and helpful, he fixed our issue quickly and provided a clear explanation for what he was doing, highly recommend him. Was impressed by same day service for a non emergency call.

Tech Brian A. provided excellent service. He found the problem, provided a clear and thorough explanation of what he was going to do and successfully got our air conditioner up and running. My wife and I are extremely happy with service he provided.

Craig Rogers was courteous and quick to diagnose the problem with our hvac system. He took the time to explain the part that had failed and fixed it in a timely manner. He's definitely an asset to Ambient Edge and a credit to his profession.

Brian Asbjorn arrived to perform our bi-annual service - very pleasant and personable gentleman. He was dressed in the uniform shirt (safety) and his shoes were clean (no tracking of dirt). Brian had our system in working order in approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Thank you Brian!

We highly recommend Ambient Edge. This company is always very responsive and delivers on their promises every time we have called. Our tech, Danny V., was such a nice, polite & courteous man. His response time was an hour faster than promised, he took care to cover his shoes before entering our home and he had us back up and running with heat in no time. Danny also took the time to explain what was going on and how to help prevent it in the future.

Danny was fantastic in coming out and finding the problem.
Kyle was awesome in helping us figure out what type of unit we needed and financing.
Shane and Jessie were terrific on the installation of the new unit.

Our AC went out and I called late in the day to schedule an appt and Ambient Edge was able to make it out first thing the following morning - which was fine because we still had one working unit, and I didn't want to pay the emergency fee. Brian and Tim called ahead and arrived on time. The unit is 15 yrs old and I was sure they would push for purchase of a new system, but surprisingly they did not. They diagnosed the problem as a worn out fan motor and they had a replacement motor in stock on the truck. It was awesome! Great guys. Great attitudes. Great service. And everything was working again in about 90 minutes. I would recommend Ambient Edge and Brian to everyone.

Excellent service from Ambient Air. Ambient Air was one of 3 companies recommended by Home advisor.
The service Technician, Kai, was very courteous and professional and explained everything in detail. He provided various options and costs to repair my AC system that was not holding temperature. Unlike other companies, there was no pressure or up sell to buy a new system or to go with a particular repair option. Other companies only provided one repair option.
The options and costs were very reasonable and fair so I decided to hire Ambient Air.
After I scheduled the repair, Kai was prompt and fixed the system in a timely manner. Now my system is working fine.
Overall, I would recommend Ambient Air to my friends and family.

Very responsive to our needs (our furnace was not functioning properly). Brian was our technician and was able to diagnose the problem based on his experience with a similar system to ours. He identified the part needed and call it in. The part needed to be ordered from the manufacture and would take about a week. A week later the part arrived and Brian, from Ambient Edge, return to install new part. Very professional and great service. The only company to use for heating and cooling. Gas furnace was not working. I had tried several options myself based on Internet research - no go. With so much bad press out there about heating and air-conditioning contractors I was reluctant to call one but I finally decided on ambient edge after reading their reviews and finding nothing negative. Zack and Brian A. came out to the house, they arrived on time - on the dot.....they knew exactly what they were doing..... Brian told me he has been with this company for nine years. A big plus. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, no new parts needed and they were only here for 45 minutes for a charge of $59 total. A real bargain - these guys get five stars.

Company was extremely helpful and explained in detail what repairs were necessary. All employees, from the time I scheduled an appointment to the time of service, were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Ambient Edge to anyone seeking HVAC assistance. Special thanks to Ray and Travis.
