Provided by YP.comI would highly recommend never using USA Floors. We underwent a major remodel on our house (our third remodel)and made the mistake of ordering most of our tile from USA Floors. We had a horrible time with our sales person not returning calls (many) and emails. In many cases we had to drive to the store to get answers regarding delivery/scheduling. Delays in the ordering process delayed much of our progress. I am just scratching the surface re issues. The price might be good on some of their products but they have cost us dearly in time and frustration. Do not use them.
