I recently brought a white jacket into the cleaners to be cleaned after being worn a handful of times. When I recieved the jacket back the entire jacket was a shade of yellow with visible stains all over the front of the jacket. They tried re-doing the cleaning but it only made it worse. When I spoke with the Manager of the place all I was told that the jacket was brought in like that and that the stains were not a result of their cleaning. I asked for my money to be returned bc the jacket was ruined but they walked away and ignored my request. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a Manager of a company. Their cleaning service is below par and if a garment is ruined they say it came in that way. They do not stand by their services and I would recommend never bringing your dry cleaning to this place. The service is rude, the prices are high, the turn around time is slow and the cleaning is non-existent.
