Absolutely horrible store. If you have the opportunity to go ANYWHERE else to get the apple products you need, do so. The training at this store is embarrassing and the other reviews show my point. After speaking with the manager to try and get service that the "specialist" was unable to help me with I was greeted with rude and degrading language. They will not help you get your products and if apple's regional manager is smart, he/she will fire the manager at this location and shut down the store to retrain the personnel on service and technology.
