Dr. Horowitz is simply amazing, as dentist and as person. I switched from a previous dentist to Dr. Horowitz about 8 years ago. Originally my other surgeon recommended Dr. Horowitz as his family's only dentist for years. I am so glad that I went to Dr. Horowitz. Ever since then, he helped me for numerous dental works. He is very patient and very attentive, careful, and does never jump onto any quick conclusion, but instead he takes time to give accurate diagnosis and come up with the treatment plans. Also, besides being amazing doctor, his asset is also his staff. They have made me feel they are my family and friends for years. Every time I go there, I feel so happy - which is strange because I used to hate dental offices in the past before Dr. Horowitz. One thing I am afraid is, I will be lost when he retires...

My significant other and I will be looking for a new dentist. Patient of Dr. Horowitz for 10+ years. Recently had a filling that fell out and visited Dr. Horowitz to repair. The repair lasted 1 day so I scheduled a follow up appointment and had the filling replaced a second time. I was billed for the original repair filling, which I paid. Subsequent to my 2nd visit, I received another bill. I thought it may have been in error so I contacted the office to inquire and asked for Dr. Horowitz to return the call to which he decline. A few weeks later the 2nd replacement filling also fell out. Now after 2 visits and 2 payments for the same replacement filling, plus not even so much as a return call after 10+ years as a loyal customer, I still need to have this addressed. I expect more from a medical provider.
