Bought a new motorcycle on 07/07/18 from (Jamie) at Grace performance. While doing the paper work he informs me my motorcycle has a check engine light on. But promised me it will be fixed with an ECU replacement the following week in Brighton. 2 weeks went by with no call or email. So with help from my friend to call and email to find out when this is going to be fixed. No answer from them. So I take the motorcycle in on 08/02/18 to Kensington motorsports to have it fixed still nothing about that promise to replace the ECU in Brighton by Grace performance after trying everything I knew. The ECU was on Backorder... So no bike to ride, till last week... I don't think Jamie at Grace performance ever had intentions of fixing the bike as promised. Channel 7 action news was willing to look into the case which gave me a lot of hope of getting my money back as requested or the bike fixed. That was almost 2 months of stress and wasted money for me taking Jamie's word on this. For compensation my warranty was extended 2 months... Kawasaki told me if you get a bad waiter at a restaurant don't just stop going, get a different waiter. Jamie's lie of fixing this bike in Brighton the following week reflects on the business as far as I'm concerned.

Don't even know that one star does the terrible service justice. My boyfriend had his bike towed there and they said its be about a week before they even looked at it. They looked at it a week later and found it was an easy fix they just needed to order the parts, simple. They claimed the parts would be in that Friday and it'd be fixed. That Friday comes and we go check on it and they just ordered the parts that day and say they would be in the following week. The following week comes around and still no call that they've fixed it. It's been a month process so far for "an easy fix" and needless to say he hasn't got to ride all summer and won't if they don't actually do it anytime soon.
