I am so unhappy with your company! My husband and I have a 2003 Ford Explorer with Michelin tires. We wanted to rent a trailer form your company in Killeen, Texas --U-Haul Co - Independent Dealers, Moving Center3501 East Central Texas Expressway, Killeen, TX 76543 (254) 699-8334We were told that we couldn't rent using our Ford Explorer. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS! First of all the Explorers and tires that were involved in the lawsuit involving your company are no longer on Explorers. Our car has Michelin tires so this shouldn't be questioned. Also, the suspension system is altogether a differnt system! You have NO basis not to rent to us!!! I am extremely displeased with your company! What nerve your company has to deny access to the rental. Ft. Hood soliders should be told of your discrimination and put all of your rental companies here off limits! Your company will be a topic for conversation with everyone we know!Please explain your company policy to me.C. Malicki
