I just closed a personal injury case with Scott Crivelli at The Carlson Law Firm. I had excellent service from Scott and his entire team! They kept me informed and always explained things to me in terms that I would understand. I would recommend Scott Crivelli and his team to anyone looking to work with a team that works FOR you!

Worst lawyers in Killeen. They handled my divorce. It took over 1 year, the lawyer did not even go on my court date. The original fee of 2K turned into 4K. Not to mention my wife got everything she wanted. The papers were even drafted wrong after everything. And they never get back to you. 1 year after finally finishing they said I owed money and the amount has changed 3 times. Find someone else. They seem nice but you might as well not even get a lawyer and have another head ache.

I retained an attorney from The Carlson Law Firm to help me with an uncontested divorce involving one child. They were exceedingly friendly and helpful at first, and guranteed me that my divorce would be 100% complete in at MOST 90 days. This was in April 2013, and I am writing this in October 2013, almost 7 months after they started. It took four months for them to draft the divorce decree, which my spouse and I both signed and returned to them. It has been nearly 3 months since we gave them all the paperwork back, and they refuse to take it to court. There is never an attorney in the office to take my phone calls, and even though they don't return the calls, I am charged $30 anyways. They told me that they need an extra $500 just to bring the case to court. I quickly paid them, but like I said... it's been nearly 3 months since they've done anything.



If my worst enemy needed an attorney, I wouldn't even recommend these crooks. Stay away!

From the first visit all the way to my very last visit, I felt welcomed and that I knew my case was in good hands. The lawyer and legal assistants were great at providing up-to-date information and handled all my paperwork. Than you for everything!

3 years after we files a law sute they still did us wrong. The first year WE turned in the paperwork from the Dr. that I needed surgery. Come to find out they did not turn it into the insurance company. I was waiting on the money to have the surgery. In the mean time I was deployed to Iraq and let the Lawyer and my wife to handle the law sute. By the time they turned in the surgey 2 years later YES 2 years later the insurance would not pay for the surgery. Everytime someone called they had a different number and story than the person I talked to 2 days before. No one ever knew what was going on. They even acted like they did us a favor. Still not sure what that favor was because we are having to pay for a surgery. Then they did not even get me all my lost wages back and no pain and suffering. They did not even get the full amount of the policy. They are very rude and the lawyer even screamed at my wife. When she call the main office they acted like it was no big deal. They take your money but dont get you money. This was a motorcycle accident and I am left with a messed up hand and more bills to pay. I hope this saves someone from being in the same situation. They will promis you the world and give you nothing!! If they will do a deployed Soldier wrong they will do you wrong.
